Puff Screen Printing UK
Specialist 3D raised screen printing adding tactile tactile foam dimension to streetwear hoodies, t-shirts, and fashion merch.
What is Puff Printing?
Puff printing incorporates a specialized foaming agent into screen printing inks. When heat cured in the tunnel dryer, the ink expands upwards, producing a raised 3D tactile effect on the fabric surface.
How the Process Works
Puff ink additives are mixed into plastisol ink screens. As the garment passes through the curing dryer, heat causes the ink layer to expand uniformly.
