Direct to Film (DTF) Printing UK
Modern digital transfer printing providing vibrant, stretchable full-colour prints on cotton, polyester, nylon, and synthetic workwear.
What is DTF Printing?
Direct to Film (DTF) printing involves printing digital CMYK+White inks onto a PET transfer film, coating the wet ink with hot-melt adhesive powder, curing it, and heat-pressing the design onto virtually any garment or textile material.
How the Process Works
Digital artwork is printed onto clear film, powdered with TPU adhesive powder, and cured. The film transfer is heat pressed onto garments under controlled temperature and pressure for a clean, sharp finish.
