Terms and Conditions
Terms governing quote requests, artwork approvals, custom garment printing orders, and commercial transactions with Last Minute T-Shirt Printing.
1. Business Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, price quotes, custom garment printing services, and transactions provided by Last Minute T-Shirt Printing ("we", "us", "our") to the Client ("you"). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or submitting artwork, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Written quotations are provided based on garment availability, quantity breakdown, print technique (Screen Print, DTG, Embroidery, Vinyl), and design complexity. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated.
3. Artwork Submission & Intellectual Property
The Client represents and warrants that they possess full copyright, trademark, or license permissions for all submitted design assets, logos, and artwork files. Digital visual proofs must be formally approved by the Client prior to print production.
4. Turnaround & Express Delivery
Standard production turnaround schedules commence upon complete receipt of clear artwork approval, garment size breakdown, and payment settlement. Express printing slots are subject to priority capacity and UK courier availability.
5. Customized Goods & Returns Policy
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to the customer's specifications or personalized custom garments are exempt from statutory cancellation or return rights once production commences. Returns are accepted solely in the event of a confirmed garment manufacturing defect or printing error departing from the approved proof.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
