Dye Sublimation Printing UK
Full-colour gas infusion printing for 100% white polyester sportswear, custom athletic socks, and promotional merchandise.
What is Dye Sublimation Printing?
Dye Sublimation printing uses heat-sensitive inks that turn into gas under heat and pressure, bonding directly with polyester polymers. The resulting print becomes part of the fabric itself rather than sitting on top.
How the Process Works
Designs are printed in reverse onto transfer paper using sublimation dyes. High-temperature heat pressing converts the dye into gas, permanently fusing color into white polyester fibers.
